    B.Sc./HND in Marketing or related field with 2 years post qualification experience in FMCG.
  • Summary
    This position reports to the Advertising and Sales Manager and is responsible for Sales promoters and Supermarket Sales girls. The main purpose of this position is to establish and grow consumer trial base new and existing brands. To create and maintain retail shelf presence for the company's products and to implement agreed trade and consumer promotions. The person will also drive and maintain the assigned promotional vehicle, recruit and directly supervise sales promoters as well as monitor and report competitor activity. Having repsonsibility for the distribution of promotional materials the holder of this position will organise and direct consumer and retail sales using sales promoters.
  • The Person
    The person for this job should not be more than 30 years of age. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills both oral and written and demonstrate attention to detail. The person should have excellent time managment skills, and should possess a valid drivers licence with a good knowledge of the city road network. The person must be able to work in and with teams and also independently to follow through on assignments with minimal direction. The person for this job must be willing to work long hours, seven days a week if necessary, to meet set objectives.
  • Skills & Attributes
    Interpersonal skills, team leadership skills, criticial reasoning skills, creativity and problem solving skills. Oral and written communication skills in English and an ability to speak Ibo, as well as time management skills.
  • Remuneration
    Attractive for the right person, includes a gross salary, allowances and performance driven incentives for meeting and exceeding targets. The position also comes with a car upon confirmation. Confirmation takes place after six months probation and upon satisfactory evaluation based on achievement of agreed targets.
