    B.Sc./HND in Marketing or related field with 4 years post qualification experience in FMCG.
  • Summary
    This position reports to the National Marketing Manager and is responsible for Promotional Sales Executives and Marketing Officers. The main purpose of this position is to grow market share for the existing brands, maximise profitability and explore market opportunities for new products. The Brand manager is also responsible for new product development. Specifically the holder of this position will implement agreed marketing plans and all initiatives for all brands based on the brand strategy and plans. He or she will also compile and analyse relevant dta to monitor brand performance and market trends, implement all sales promotion programmes and initiate market specific promotions to achieve targets. He or she will also monitor all A & P activities both executed in house or contracted to external agencies.
  • The Person
    The person for this job should not be more than 35 years of age. He/she should have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to generate creative solutions and demonstrate attention to detail. The person should have excellent time managment skills, and the ability to work on ever changing priorities and or situations demonstrating dynamic leadership skills. The person must be able to work in teams and also independently to follow through on assignments with minimal direction. The person for this job must be willing to work long hours, seven days a week if necessary, to meet set objectives.

  • Remuneration
    Attractive for the right person, includes a gross salary, allowances and performance driven incentives for meeting and exceeding targets. The position also comes with a car and driver upon confirmation. Confirmation takes place after six months probation and upon satisfactory evaluation based on achievement of agreed targets.
