This position reports to the CEO or managing director. The main business
of the company is to develop and supply vitamins to the Nigerian and West African food and beverage as well as animal health and livestock industry. The main purpose of the position is to lead the planning and implementation of expanding the company's business internationally, with a view to maximise profitability and seek market opportunities for new products. The International Project Manager will also research priority markets based on market size for fortification products, competition, pricing, regulatory environment etc Research how best to expand internationally: through partnerships, organic growth,etc. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, project tasks and resource requirements. Obtain organization-wide support and manage work allocation to the relevant teams with other department heads. He/she will develop and track full scale project plans, plan and schedule project timelines. He/she will manage project budget, coordinate with new partners and customers to obtain feedback on project roll-out, constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders on a weekly basis for day to day activities, and on a monthly basis for strategic direction by presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions. He/she will implement and manage project changes and interventions to meet plan. He/she will carry out project evaluations and assessment of results.
