Ajay Kosambi is the Chief Operating Officer of Leo Group Lagos Nigeria. He joined the Leo Group in June 2008 which has as brand leaders Leo Smart, Papilon, Leocool, Leoplast etc. Prior to joining Leo Group he had worked for Astarc Group India wherein the flagship company Classic Stripes has been, for three consecutive years, ranked among the 25 Great Places to Work in India by Great Places to Work Institute USA & Business World. He put efforts in incorporating strategic planning to diversify into Infrastructure, Mining, Contract Farming, Trading, Business Call Center & turned Astarc Group into a large diversified Business Conglomerate.
He has been a key leader to introduce Three Module Attitudinal Training Programme which has been conducted in various Business Houses by the Productivity Council for which Baroda Productivity Council India got the best HR Practice Award.
Training & Organisation Development Intervention is his passion & love and he has conducted various sessions for Citi Bank, Pfizer Ltd, Hoeschst Ltd, Reliance Industries etc. He has also conducted many OutBound Sessions for various organizations.
Psychometric Testing has been a tool of supporting individuals to identify their strength and weakness – He does this regularly as a value added service.
He holds a B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics & Economics, Masters in Social Work from M.S.University Baroda, India. He has been associated with various Management Institutes in India and also a consultant to companies in East Africa and the Andaman Island.
His special areas of intervention are Transactional Analysis, Team Building, Vision Building, Conflict Resolution, Reflection Workshop, Culture Building etc through a scientific structured Organizational Climate Audit.
