Currently the Vice President of Answerbank Agency, a firm of sales force effectiveness consultants, and the Executive Director of the Anti-Fraud Foundation, Chris Uwadoka is the former Head of Sales and Marketing of Lenoil Bissau Limitada, Guinea Bissau, the former Commercial Director of U-Corporation, The Gambia and the former Managing Director of Zigro West Africa Ltd. An Economist, Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and Member of the Nigerian Economic Society, Chris is certified as a trainer by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) and writes the SELLING column in BUSINESSDAY newspapers through which he has forged the careers of thousands.

Abdulrahman is the Managing Director, UAML on secondment from UBA Plc. He joined the bank in November 1996 and rose to the position of Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer at different times before his current appointment. Prior to joining UBA he had worked for FSB International Bank Plc where he held the position of Financial Controller and established a full compliment of Financial Control functions hitherto non-existent. He started his career at Citibank Nigeria in 1989 where he served as youth corper and rose to the position of Senior Financial Analyst.

Partner, Narita Learning Centre Adeboye Martins – began working in the Food Beverages and Tobacco industrial sector in the 1980’s and left after serving as CEO for a food processing company. He has been active as a management consultant since then.

He is an astute and versatile paper presenter and lead discussant at workshops, seminars, etc. he has been a facilitator for Financial Institutions Training Centre since 1991 and has also delivered papers for private training consulting firms such as Vic Lawrence Associates, Centre for Law & development studies, Netherwoods Consultants, And Leadership and Vision.

Dr. Jacob Nwachukwu, Medical Director Merista Hospital, Lagos and Executive Chairman Corporate Medicals is a medical practitioner and stress management consultant. He obtained a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) Degree in 1985 from the College of Medicine University of Lagos.

Dr Ije Jidenma is the Chief Executive Officer of Leading Edge Consulting, a human resources and organisational development firm. Henry was Chief Executive Officer, Consolidated Business Services Limited (an outsourcing firm for one of the country’s 25 commercial banks) and Group Head, Corporate Resources and Communication, Finacorp Building Society Limited before resigning to set up Hebon Consult in April 2006. He started his working career in 1986 at Nigerdock Nigeria Limited (now Plc) and went on to work at United Bank for Africa, UBA, and Yinka Folawiyo Group, from where he joined Finacorp in 2000.

Pius Okigbo (Jr) is the CEO of Infosoft Nigeria Limited. He has over 23 years experience in the field of Information Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Kent State University in Ohio, USA and has worked variously for many companies locally and abroad.

His experience covers the areas of Strategic Information Systems Planning (SISP), Systems selection, Systems development, Networking, Disaster Recovery, Business Process Re-engineering and Programming using various languages such as Informix, Access, ICBA, SQL-server, Visual Basic and ICON Author to mention a few. He specializes in constructing enterprise data warehouses with business intelligence, business process management with six sigma and software services on .NET platforms. Pius is a regular paper presenter especially in the areas of ‘Improving business performance using Six Sigma.

He has been involved in several World Bank projects; acting as consultant to Skoup and Co Ltd. Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, holds Degrees in Law and Politics from the University of Hull, Post Graduate Diploma in International Law (Hull).
